Chris Hill, Principal

Chris received both his undergraduate and JD degrees at the University of South Carolina. After 10 years of practicing real estate law, Chris began an acclaimed sales career with one of the country’s largest and most successful developers. It’s here that Chris discovered a passion for real estate sales and marketing.
He also found he had an uncanny knack for uncovering the latest trends in real estate. After several years with leading resort real estate sales and marketing organizations, Chris utilized his extensive national network of real estate professionals and created Hill Mullikin Marketing.

Chris is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Recreational Real Estate Council and has also shared his experiences as a panelist at several ULI forums. When Chris finds time away from the phone, his wife, Ali, and his two sons can be found spending time with Thomas the Tank Engine and watching college football.

Jami Mullikin, Prinicipal

A native of Greenville and a graduate of Winthrop University, Jami has been entrenched exclusively in real estate sales and marketing for almost a decade. He’s worked with many of the country’s premier residential marketing and development teams and is a former principal of Fuel, a Greenville, SC design firm.

In his career, Jami has won numerous client and industry accolades for his creative efforts with such national brands as IMI Resort Marketing, The Ginn Company, Applebee’s, The Home Depot, Ryobi Powertools, Craftsman, BMW Manufacturing, Maxfli, Dunlop and Srixon Golf, to name a few.

Jami is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and was named one of Greenville Magazine’s Best and Brightest Under 35. When not burning the midnight oil, Jami juggles an active home life with his wife, Beth, and their three young children.

Rodney Rogers, Creative Director

Creative Director Rodney Rogers describes himself as a real estate salesman trapped in the body of a writer. A 20-year advertising veteran, Rodney has led the strategic marketing and advertising for giants of the Fortune 500 as well as an elite roster of luxury real estate clients. Most recently, as Associate Creative Director at IMI Resort Marketing, Rodney penned successful and noteworthy print and television campaigns for The Cliffs Communities, Viceroy Anguilla, Martis Camp and Hacienda, among others.

In addition to selling boatloads of real estate, Rodney’s work has won National and Regional Addy Awards and been recognized by Communication Arts, PRINT, Graphis, The International Advertising Festival of New York and Showsouth. In his spare time, Rodney, wife Monica and young son Grantland enjoy Batman, pirates and building forts.
